Convert a saved Outlook .OST file to PDF right on your PC. No Outlook, no Exchange, nothing uploaded.
Click Open, or drag a single .ost onto the window. The app loads its folder tree without starting Outlook.
Tick whole folders in the tree, or switch to message mode and pick individual emails. A counter shows how many will be exported.
On the Convert tab choose your output type, then turn on inline images if you want pictures kept inside the page.
Press Start. Each message is rendered to its own file in the destination folder, with the original layout preserved.
You decide what actually gets converted, down to a single thread, instead of dumping a whole mailbox and sorting the mess afterwards.
The left pane shows the full folder tree with checkboxes for Inbox, Sent, and every subfolder under them. Batch-export one folder or all of them, or flip to message mode and hand-pick individual emails.
Click any message for an HTML preview, then search the current folder by sender, subject, or body text. A cached mailbox can grow past 50 GB, so this feature earns its keep when you trying to dig one thread out of a 6 GB file with dozens of subfolders.
Save each message as a print-ready PDF, as HTML, or as plain TXT. That last format is handy if you later want to feed the text to a search index or an LLM. Inline images are an optional toggle.
You inherited the .ost of someone who left and need their mail out of file that no profile will mount any more.
A case or an audit needs old correspondence in fixed format, pulled from an OST without standing the original Exchange server back up again.
You changed jobs or computers, kept an old .ost, and just want to read those emails on a machine that has no Outlook on it at all.
