Click Open, or drag a single .ost onto the window. The program loads its folder tree without starting Outlook.
Tick whole folders in the tree, or switch to message mode and pick individual emails. A counter shows how many will be exported.
On the Convert tab, choose your output type and turn on inline images if you want pictures inside the page.
Press Start. Each message is rendered to its own file in the destination folder, with the original layout preserved.

Click any message for an HTML preview. Search the current folder by sender, subject, or body text to find a thread in a 6 GB file with dozens of subfolders. A cached mailbox can grow past 50 GB.
Save each message as a print-ready PDF, HTML, or plain TXT. You can feed the TXT text to a search index or an LLM. Toggle inline images on if you want them included.
