1. Copy your mail off the Mac

On the Mac, grab the .mbox package folders from the Mail library, or use Mail's Export Mailbox to save them to the desktop. Move the files to the Windows PC on a drive or a USB stick. Loose .emlx messages work too.

2. Add the .mbox or .emlx files
