PST to PDF Converter Software opens an Outlook .PST or .OST and exports the folders you choose to PDF. Do not require having Microsoft Outlook installed.
Click the Open PST button or drop a single .PST or .OST into the program. The folder tree of the PST will be displayed. One PST at time to export.
Find emails at Inbox, Sent, or other subfolder. Check them with checkboxes for full export. The message list shows Subject, From, To, and Size.
Click a message to to see it's preview. You may search (filter) emails by sender, recipient, subject line, or body text to find what you need in seconds.
Use the Convert tab to chose the export format. Enable/disable inline images, and click the Start button.

Online PST to PDF converters often ha input file size imits like 200 Mb. It is not an easy to fine one that will support 1Gb database. In most cases they have limited folder preview and email filtering, searching and selection capabilities that do not allow you to extract only emails you really need.
The left pane shows the PST database structure. See the Inbox and Sent folders in a tree view. Check foldres to export or click to view messages.
You may preview any plain text or HTML message before you select it for exporting into PDF.
When you select folders with checkboxes, program will count exact message count to export.
